is this a good opener if im trying to pick up a girl younger than me in summer school? : "hey what's a cute girl like u doing in summer school?" btw we are both in h.s. she is going into 10th grade, im going into 11th . we don't really know each other that much but she has heard alot of "good stuff" about me from other girls |

Just say hi, I'm [your name]. I've seen you around and I wanted to introduce myself... Then start small talk. Seriously you don't need canned material or shitty lines. Your suggested opener makes no sense and is awful. Only ugly people attend summer school? |

Yea.. you should really just introduce yourself because she has already heard about you so she pretty much already knows you. Just have something to say afterwords, so i suppose you could go into one of the rroutines since it sounds like the operner isnt the real issue its the fact you just wouldn't know what to say after. At least thats what it sounds like the true issue is |

What you initially say to her won't get you friendzoned right away. Say something that is natural for you. If you're asking us whether you should say one of the most typical lines a guy would think to say, I doubt it's natural for you. If you were in a competitive environment and weren't too good looking or confident, I could see how you'd need to spark her interest right away. You're in summer school and this girl "has heard good stuff about you." Saying "What's up" will suffice. Stop wasting your time and over-thinking things. |
