Post subject:  AA ((Approach Anxiety))

Well, I am new here and this is my first post and hopefully definatly wont be my last, but I have several problems as like I said... I am a complete newbie. One of which is the classic AA. I want to be able to approach girls in the day ((day game)) without soundy needy or anything the alpha male, as we all know to be a good PUA you need to be different, dont buy the girl the drinks and dont complientment them. So how do I approach this girl I sometimes see on the way to work? what should I do she is a few years older than me as I want to come across as mature and an alpha male. Any advice?

Hey buddy.

Yea I can totally relate to that. When I first started off AA was my biggest issue (I actually feared AA more than getting AA itself, if that makes any sense...)

How I learnt to deal with it: take small baby steps. Start off by walking around and asking people the time, directions to some place, if their drink is any good etc.

Once you feel confident doing that, then go around asking HB6-7s (just like I said starting off slowly, then start escalating it to 8s and 9s) their opinions on some matters (theres plenty of that canned material in PUA books) or asking them a question.

After that, you will feel less pressure on approaching. Just remember, everybody still gets AA, its natural.

Try reframing it to Approach Excitement, rather than Approach Anxiety. See if that helps.

Regarding your day game approach, try going direct (once you get the balls to do so). Hit them with that confident Alpha body language, walk directly up to them and tell them that you think theyre cute and wanted to meet them. It works 99% if you do it properly, But like I said, go slow first.

Its all about the baby steps my man ;)

This is really quite useful man, I will give it a go and hopefully slowing gain confidence in myself to try the whole thing and to replace it with approach exticement, is gold, would never have thought of something like that. Cheers

I have some questions that i Am asking you to ask yourself

What would make this post your last?
What do you consider your biggest problem?
How do you approach that girl you see at work?
what should I do (if) she is a few years older than me as I want to come across as mature and an alpha male?

My only advice.

Get better English teachers.

Wow XLR8R that's really the kind of advice I've been looking for this evening, thanks a bunch! Definitely going to try it out tomorrow when I take a ride to the city around 3pm. Thanks again bro.
