o.k. so i think i've met the girl of my dreams and as you can imagine she's single but i don't think i have a chance. Please I can msg her on fb but don't know if that helps. She's in my 5th period class and seriously i believe she's the one. Can ANYONE HELP me get her!! Please!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

'The one' doesn't exist. There are hundreds of girls who are 'the one', and yeah sure this girl might be one of them, but then again she may not be. If you're attitude is anything to go by, then my opinion is that you've already lost her, and I'm speaking from experience here. Please share why you think she is the one, or is it 'cause she's hot? You're a young lad, don't get wound up on one girl at your age. All you need to know that is worth knowing is in Mode One. Don't let these people give you stupid PUA tips as most of that stuff is crap. |

Read the sub-forums on inner game, self-esteem, etc. If you're thinking things like "how can I get her to notice me", you're not in a place to get this chick and will do more harm than good right now. There's some good stuff in there, take it all in. |

Well you could smear yourself in marmalade and dance naked singing "I am the mushroom man" if you like, but I don't think it would give you the means to an end you are looking for. Here's an innovative strategy: say hello and tell her she looks beautiful today. And then talk to her - one bit of advice I heard in the past was to try and find out five interesting things about her. I am not going to guarantee success, but being rejected is seriously not a bad thing. It is just something that happens in life. And if she's bitchy when you go and talk to her, then she isn't the one and is probably a cunt. |

You came to this website for a trick to get some really hot girl that you're terrified to talk to to fall in love with you. It's not going to happen. The fact that you say things like "I don't think I have a chance" almost guarantees you will get burned. Chicks love confidence -- which you have absolutely none right now. DirectMike's advice is good, but youre not at that level yet. You need to build up your confidence, self-esteem, inner game. Its all in how you act and how you say things, not what you say. I feel like if you try to talk to this girl and you get rejected youre gonna feel burned because you havent learned yet that rejection is no big deal and happens to everyone. I suggest you read around the site a bit more, get some books, before you make a go at your dream girl. |

There are 7.2 billion people on this planet. 3.6 billion are female. Meaning even if she is 1 in a million... There are still 3600 other ones out there just like her. Don't get hung up on one... If you want her. She needs to know you don't need her. |

If she is the one, you do not have to do anything... Meaning that no matter what you do, she will soon or late end up in your bed. Just be around and act normal, trust me it will happen. |

I had a few run ins with 'the one' at more than one point in my life until I woke up and realised there was no such thing. I kind of agree with the previous post that if she is the one then it will happen, but at the same time on the flip side if it doesn't, then she is not. In my opinion it will end up being the latter because of your evident problems in this area of your life and the fact that you are already so fixated upon her so much that its causing you depression is really not a strong position to come from. The only way to have any chance is to approach her. My belief though is that popular culture has enforced the belief that there is such a thing as 'the one' through cinema and books. It is a myth for the reasons stated above. The problem is you really need to work on what's inside before you really move onto finding a great girl. You are intimidated and scared by this woman which is not a strong position to come from. I bet the idea of even talking to her, let alone asking her on a date is filling you with terror right now. I am not saying all this to be mean, I am basing this on my own personal experience and in fact was the reason I started reading 'PUA' at first. However the last place I'd look for advice is the PUA scene, and instead you should be looking to be more direct and honest - the likes of Alan Roger Currie, Sasha and David X are far better peers for you to look up to than some guru who feeds you rubbish. What you want are a load of tactics to trick a girl into liking you, which is not a good start as you are coming from a position of weakness. It should be that you don't give a fuck whether a girl likes you or not, because there are far more options in the world. |

The above poster is right, just go up and approach her. Engage her in casual indirect conversation at first. I had the same problem once many years ago when I was 15 I saw this girl at my local church who I thought was my perfect girl, but was far to scared to approach her, then she started at my school and I was still too scared to approach her, but finally after another six weeks I went up and talked to her. It turned out that she didn't like me, but at least I had tried. The thing is you have just got to force yourself to approach her, it sounds like you have very bad approach anxiety but you just have to push yourself to approach. If you don't approach then you will never know if she likes you or not. |
