1. Think of approaching as gathering information and experience FROM WOMEN 2. Work on making a positive impact on the girl 3. make sure you use the basic communication that shows confidence: Strong eye contact smile voice tonality- this conveys your presence and your sexual intent relaxed body language 4. remember your not the only guy who is going through this so don't make it a big deal it's a natural thing to attract women 5. approach at least 5 women a day this will make a huge difference after 3-6 months your confidence will rapidly increase |

True sometimes people are just not good looking and eye contact and smiling will translate as creepy. I would suggest trying to indirectly approach a target or somehow showcase your value as a person rather than rely on looks.
