Having problems with sets with parents and dance floor game.

Post subject:  Having problems with sets with parents and dance floor game.
Okay, I have two burning questions I have to ask
1. How does one open a girl whose parents is near/just beside?

2. How can you open a girl whose back is facing you on the dance floor?
I'm doing everything correctly, enjoying myself to get that little circle of girls, but over here in my country, they rarely face you and I can't move in front because usually the dance floor is a cluster fuck and its hard to move around.
Is this like an invitation for me to grind her? I don't want to grind because every other guy just goes up to a girl, force grinds and hopes to get lucky, and I want to stand out with a more charming, cheeky approach

Help please.
