i was in a mall shopping with a girl, and she wanted to go into Fredericks, i was like why the hell not..so she's trying shit on and i'm at the counter with the employees and i notice there's a Victoria's Secret right across the way. and just to break the ice and start conversation i ask/whisper "So, do you girls ever play pranks on the Victoria's Secret store?" they laughed and said what a great idea! before you know it we were talking about pranks and which store had better quality bras. my friend came out and the chatter stopped. but i'm thinking that would work with any other department store..hollister vs abercrombie, nordstroms vs neiman marcus. idk. but yea, im curious to know some good ones too... |

Don't do it. If anything, just be like "You're cute. Give me your number." The reason I say this is because this employee at Buckle was giving me all kinds of IOI's, telling me I looked like a model for their Summer line, and spent all this time showing me a bunch of clothes and making suggestions to me like she was my personal stylist. Then after 30 minutes and $150 later, she tells me she has a boyfriend and can't give me her number. This is the exact reason why you don't go for hired guns. The IOIs are almost always false. |

I had an idea regarding clothing stores or any other store for that matter, but i haven't got the chance to try it yet,I thought if theirs an employee that im interested in, and shes helping me out with cloths and stuff, id say something like "are you nice in general, or is it the uniform?" and by the response ill know how to pick it up... But i don't know im a total noob (: |

This one's tough, I can see where puaninja is coming from... they're just so damn good at making you buy shit! Here's an idea: Go and and set the expectations from the start, have a really playful attitude and go straight up to the first (hottest) free shop assistant you see, point right at her with a big smile on your face and loudly declare "you're going to be my personal shopper today" After trying on maybe one or two items and laughing about how great/ridiculous you look (take the piss out of her taste a little) say "I'm not actually going to buy anything today, I was just really cold so I wanted to try on some coats" or something like that. Either way, you can set the expectation so that she knows you're not buying anything to avoid the trap. If you've done well so far she'll continue talking with you. I've done this in the past and the girl has literally said that I've made her day or begged me not to leave. They have such a dull job sometimes that they love it when some guy comes in all playful and takes the piss and has fun with them. Synergy. |

Yeah but nothing ventured nothing gained. Same goes with waitstaff. Are they being flirtatious just for the tip? Maybe but still maybe not. Never know an even better use them as training for confidence an a captive victim to test your shit out on. They might be harder to get cuz they don't want to get in trouble with the boss but still what's the worst that's going to happen? |

One thing going for you is if they ring you up and you pay with a debit card you have to sign the receipt. You can then ask for their number since you already have a pen and paper handy. |
