i would say that the no.1 thing would be confidence.you must show her that you can lead.that means that you don't ask questions,you do things.you don't ask for her number,you say "gimme your phone number".face expressions,and body language is important.

Because you are young, you have a lot less restrictions and responsibilities as she has. You are adventurous in her eyes, take her into your world.

Show interest in her and make it clear to her that you are available, and that she is not 'too old' for you. But not too interested you have to be a challenge but not so much of a challenge that its not even worth trying for her. The easiest way for this is to just plainly say that you have been with older women. another way is to just compliment her, but I would avoid complimenting looks. And compliment her charisterics, But in a slight seductive manner.

Because she wants to have her cake and eat it too. She wants a "young stud", not just "young". She doesn't want some young pussy of a guy 'cuz that would make her feel too old. In her mind, young boys are weak, older men are strong. But it's the strength of leadership and inner strength she wants to go with the "sexual stamina" of a younger guy.
