| Post subject: | Opening with Irish accent in America |
So I'm heading to the US for 2 months and I will be in the west coast. I'm going to be opening sets up everyday while I'm there How can I use my accent to my advantage after I open with it?? |

Pretty much anything you say in an irish accent will go down a treat ha! Im English and when I went there they absolutely loved it, I have heard irish works even better. Im as of recently living abroad and although my accent hasn't got as much novelty it works well as a conversation topic, normally with girls asking me rather than bringing it up myself. Theres always the whole "Im new here where can you recommend etc etc" but I have started to find that quite weak. Its fun to play around with though, im still figuring out ways I can use it to its best ability so will be keen to see what others have to say on this topic! |
