if you open a group what would be a good way to transition if you havent reached the hook point? and if you are making an observation in a group, should it be to thetarget? or everyone? or an obstacle? or everyone exept the target? thanks |

I'm a little bit stuck here too. Feel like I lock in too early or maybe don't transition well enough from opening to DHV. Maybe routines become very important here? |

The thing about transitioning is that it doesn't have to be fluid like writing does. You can just switch from opener to dhving. However, a great way to do this: [Opener] then make it seem like youre about to leave and then say "How do you guys all know each other?". Find this out, which does a couple of things: it tells you if your target has a bf in that set and it elicits some values. Also, this represents Style's Fishing Hook Theory, where you can just tug on different hooks like where they are from or what they do. After asking "How do you guys know each other", see if there are any hooks to pull on. If not, move on to dhv by saying something like "Oh my God, I just noticed something about [insert something to do with dhv here]. |

If you think you're having trouble transitioning from opening to Displaying higher value - it's because you aren't being congruent with your actions. If you approach a group thinking "ok, I need to make this girl like me," she can sense your underlying lack of social proof. Then when you try and DHV; it comes off as "too fast" or not timed right. Girls can easily exploit a guy when he's overtly trying to communicate higher status when HE HIMSELF doesn't believe he's worth that much. For a man TRULY in command of himself, there is no right time or wrong time to DHV. In fact, 80% of the time I OPEN with a neg. On that same note, there's also no such thing as "locking in too early." You should be trying to escalate as fast as you can, granted that you are building the appropriate amount of rapport to follow the attraction. I think your real problem is that you are trying to lock in BEFORE building the right amount of attraction/rapport, which is causing girls to prematurely reject you, before you get a solid chance to game them. I know this sounds like the same thing as "locking in too early," but the way you PHRASE IT makes a big difference in terms of frame control. It's never "too early" to lock in, or have secks, or touch her, or ask her for her phone number. It just might not be the BEST time to do it. If you're making an observation on a group, I get the best results when I target the entire group with a line like, "are you guys sisters?" If you single out a target, it makes it to easy for the OTHER GIRLS to blow you out to get some type of deranged sadistic pleasure from seeing you fail. You CAN make your target the single exception, but you DON'T want to make it OBVIOUS that you're leaving her out because that does the opposite - it tells her that you're TRYING to leave her out. You want to show a sense of DISINTEREST, like your disqualifying her without even thinking about it. |
