| Post subject: | Night game tips? |
I joined the forum recently and am going to a night club tomorrow with some friends. I'm 16. Can I get some tips to open and DHV in the club? I'm probably not gonna get lucky or anything since I'm still an AFC, but I'd like some level of success. |

If it's your first go at gaming, don't pressure yourself too much. Aim for little victories like open 2 sets. As a tip I always say go for situational openers, for example if you're at a bar chances are you'll see a girl buying/already with a cocktail, just ask her what one it is and if it's any good. It's a soft opener but good to warm-up with, once you get better at game you'll learn different ways of saying it and how to transition from it (or you might already just have a natural nack to it anyway haha) |

My advice is don't be scared to crash and burn. Open all the sets you can. You'll get a feel for what works with kind of person. You'll get over your AA(if you have) and you'll get a lot of experience. And have fun! People keep forgetting that's what this is about.... |
