Depends... I've been to places where if you ask a girl to dance you get blown off no matter how creatively you do it while at the same time, the dudes who just grab girls and start dancing with them are the only successful ones. However, I've also been to places where the opposite is true. I'd have to say your best bet is to have already had some attraction built within those girls. I had one night where a HB9-10 (model), I had already built some attraction and comfort with on a separate occasion, literally dragged me to the dance floor. I'd say your best bet is to just approach like you own the place, confidently and go for it.
However, I do know more about escalation once you already are dancing. If your grinding from the back, put your hands on your hips and slowly kino here getting slightly more frisky. If she is dancing more sexily than normal then kiss close her by kissing her on the back of the neck and like bellow her ear. If she's down, she'll turn around on her own. You can also just spin her around and go caveman on her face if she seems receptive haha
I'm definitely not the best source on it because I'm used to the really heavy 18+ edm clubs but these are my two cents on the approach. What I do know for CERTAIN is that the only way your gunna progress is if you go out there and try it out. Every club is different. What may work where I am may not work where you are.
