I am a senior in high school and we are on winter break right now. I have been texting this girl from my school over the break. We would sometimes text for hours. First off, i would always have to start a text conversation. Is that a problem? Also, new years eve I tried to text her and she never texted back. I tried the next day and no response. I haven't tried to text her since because I didn't want to seem like I didn't have a life and I was clingy. when should I text her again? One more thing. In early December there was this party where you were supposed to bring a date but you didn't have to. She told me she would probably go and ask some random guy to come in with her because it was a discounted price for couples. Two days before the party she asks me in the hall way if I was going and I said I probably wouldnt and that I would I go over to a friends house. Did she want me to ask her to the party or am I just thinking that cause I like her? Any help would be appreciated and sorry for the long post but I had to put some background info for a good answer. |

i think you are wasting your time with her and should ask her out or move on ASAP. You should not spend this much time building comfort and rapport with a woman until you have some attraction from her to you. You are going to be friendzoned repeatedly with this mode of operation |

dude these are AFC mistakes.when she makes an offer u act like u dont wana go or put a "maybe" into the conversation. what u did here was to say u were deffo going hanging with ur mate which makes u inacessable to her for futher advances and stops u from changing ur mind. and also ur doing too much texting, go and set up a meet up already. the longer u keep text conversations going the more u get put into the friend zone. it may already be too late for u so dont be surprised if she declines ur offers ( not to say u shouldnt try them) |
