I haven't used much online game in the past (well at least since being introduced to the community) but I've been sick 3 days and quite bored. So I made a test profile for NYC and have been experimenting with all kinds of messages. First a couple observations which might be obvious to the experts. 1. IOIs such as laughing or even responding to you don't mean a thing online. 2. Standard complements/questions only work for average or below average women. 3. Being witty or flirtatious in the open is hit and miss with good looking girls. So, I decided to do a little experiment. Maybe it's ridiculous, but at the very least helps me practice my "not giving a f***" attitude. I just sent off about 15 messages to the hottest girls I found saying the worst things I could possibly think of. Such as "You are just so beautiful" and "You are way too good looking for me so I don't know why I messaged you". Add in some atrocious spelling and you understand the kind of messages I sent out. Needless to say, there are zero replies so far. I was kinda hoping some cruel one would tell me off at least! Anyways, I'm going to wait a day and then re-message all the girls (who haven't blocked me) saying that my profile was hacked and that I cannot believe the messages showed such a lack of confidence. ...or take them to task for not telling "me" off. I'll let you know if anything interesting happens next. Then again I may snap out of my delirium. |

im guessing you make a fake profile for an area you dont live in to practice...this is a good idea, but i know if i ended up hitting it off with a HB id end up going on a roadtrip...lol |

Yep, I don't live in NYC and have no plans to move there. Haha right now I'm on the other side of the world though so unless she's flying in to see me there's not much I can shoot for. Really just an experiment.

i plan on trying that out tonight..... on my current profile i state that i have kids, im going to make another one exactly the same but have tha aspect different, and rotate the pictures around and see how i make out. then try some fake pictures with profile the same just to try and find out what the hold up is in my lack of replies...... thank for the idea |

Another reason I'm doing this is to see what I can get away with saying given my profile. And as I improve it, maybe I'll see a difference. Good luck! |

If you want to practice online game in a random geography, for god sake don't pick NYC! I moved here recently and I'm about 0 for 100 so far at getting a first response. I had much more success online where I used to live in the midwest. |
