I would stop short of calling this one-itis but this chick is pretty damn hot and certainly not shy(!) so I wonder if this situation can be salvaged... A month or so ago I was gaming this tall, bi HB9 on POF and we ended up adding each other on FB. Halfway through our chat she abruptly went offline and didn't reappear, which the AFC in me sought to rationalise as connection troubles or whatever else. In retrospect I'd probably just let the conversation get boring but that can't be helped now and it's no excuse for her rudeness anyway. In any event I didn't hear back from her and she's never on chat so I just pretty much nexted her from that point and hid her updates so I wouldn't be tempted to comment on them. However during this time she's posted a few Likes and commments on stuff I've posted... Yesterday I posted some funny stuff about my weekend to my wall; the people who I was with were commenting positively about the hot girls I'd been gaming both nights to which I replied in a CF/Alpha manner. I got Like from her and, crucially, a Poke. I haven't responded to her as yet, and I know she's still using POF so I would presume this could be saved if I play my cards right. Any help would be appreciated. |

That routine had crossed my mind but I didn't poke her first so I don't know if it would work... She's the one who instigated this. How about: Hey! Who do you think you're poking madam?! There should be a spank button on here for the likes of you! |

You can do that if it was inline with the flirting and rapport you've built earlier with her. If not, use Whoopie's opener: Hey you know its not safe to poke strangers! I guess your parents never taught you that! I like this for one reason mostly. Since she was the one who halted your conversations, she may assume you were into her and she was on your mind, so calling her a stranger is a backhanded comment making her think 'what?! did her really forget about me?' and realize you're a dude in competition that hasn't been fantasizing about her. That's my take anyway |

If you spend all this time talking to her online and not once met her in person, you really have one option which is to next her as you lost any chance with her really. You can try and meet her in person tho you took way way to long to arrange a meeting. If have meet her in person then you can do the poke thingy or send her a flirty message.

I nexted her when she was rude. I've not been talking to her. She's been frozen out. It would seem to she's a little bit jealous now hence why she's trying to get my attention. One more shot can't hurt? |

Personally I wouldn't give it another shot because of spending so much time online and not having met her in person. You can give it another shot, if you do then don't waste so much time talking to her online and actually arrange a meet up/date if she actually shows interest. |

I agree with you. I wouldn't bother at all had she not been an HB9. I'm not talking about going all out to game her, I just need something re-engage. One more shot = one more message. The point is it needs to be good. |
