so I used this opener on Okcupid and usually added in something about their profile or their picture if it was unique (since it shows you actually read their profile) . I did this with a handful of hot chicks in my area (not many girls to choose from since it's rural). Only 1 has responded so far.
Me:

and I got this response from one the next day

lol your message was to awesome not to respond to. My name is (her nick name), but i go by whatever people yell in my direction. I just moved to (my town) so most of the time I'm sitting around at my place or looking for a job. I'm not sure what to say so anything you want to know just ask.
However I'm drawing a blank on how to respond. I thought about being myself and asking a question or two (what kind of job, why did she move to my town ect.) but I'm afraid that will loose her interest.
How should I respond to a positive response?
I think maybe I should use a different opener if I only get a 1/5 response rate?
