| Post subject: | Help on How to ask out for coffee |
Hey So I've spammed a munch of HB7-9 on POF. I've been chatting with a bunch of them and was wondering the best way to ask them for coffee. If that is the best first date/meeting. I have now have no problem opening and building repor but would like some catching line that doesn't sound stupid. All I'm using is, Hey lets grab coffee next week. Only value in that statement is that even if she rejects the statement she doesn't reject me because she might be busy next week so I have another chance to continue with said HB. |

I would suggest you say something as simple like: "You could be a cool friend, let me know your number and we will go for coffee next week..." Preferably you want to build commonality and then use that as an excuse to meet up. For example "Wow you speak French?! I've always want to learn French! Let's meet up for coffee next week and you can teach me some swearwords" That's an example, and only build commonality when it's stuff your actually interested in. I'm actually interested in learning french. Let me know if that helps! |

Openseason, my question is why do you think of it as spamming them? This is a bigger issue. You should view every contact a woman gets from you as being a blessing. You're not spamming her, you're giving her the gift of your attention. With that in mind, I don't like the line, hey let's grab coffee. It's too easy for her to dodge. There isn't much effort involved. It would be harder for her to dodge if you gave her something charming first. I can't give out my signature line here, but let me say this: you want to make her feel rewarded for going out with you. The closing line is actually EXTREMELY important. All the build up can be mediocre, but if you nail the closing line, you're good. Something like this: Hey, I think you're cute, and I'd like to get to know you better. If you're free this week, I'd like to take you out for coffee. This shows you have confidence and are willing to put your intentions out there. "Hey let's get coffee" is a safe, easy thing to say. Believe it or not, girls know that and they don't give you credit for it. |
