She's lying. I've told this lie many a time. Be chill about it, go back to square one and continue to build comfort/negg. She just wasn't ready to be asked and needs more time or for you do be more interesting/attractive. It's also possible you've done something creepy and that she may be attracted to you but also feels you are unsafe. In that case though she will cease contacting you period. |

she's not interested or not interested enough. try rebuilding attraction and comfort then go back to asking for her email or number. She's probably not feeling confortable giving her email address to someone because maybe she's been hurt alot or she doesn't want someone to stalk her. so it's just safety measures for her. |
