Do you know the girl from college or something?
I would also suggest reformatting as it' was a real pain to read.

I would move on. She only seems interested in that group photo...and drinking.

I get the impression she's just a boozy teenager. Unless you're into fucking drunk lumps of meat move on. Sorry I cannot see her being any good
