| Post subject: | Getting started with social networking! |
Im thinking about venturing into social networking ie. facebook and or/myspace pages. Any tips on getting the ball rolling, i need some social proofing to bring in some females onto my friends list. I will have a picture but without any friends I think my friends list might sit their empty without social proofs. I have a steam profile and have a shit load of friends (mostly guys) but i gain them through playing games. I'd appreciate any advice. |

Social Networking isn't just a tactic, its a lifestyle choice. MOST, if not all, PUAs I know are actively involved in the community and find ways to meet new people. Think to yourself, everytime you leave your door, there is a world out there with new people to meet. If you don't have a hobby, find one. If you have lots of friends, make sure they have woman friends, otherwise your FB friends will be more guys than girls. Here is what I do which is no secret to the community. Learn/try something new every month. Find places where people who share your interests meet. If you like dancing or want to learn to dance, then take some dancing lessons. Never done Yoga or Pilate, well then give it a shot. Know how to speak a foreign language, then join a club in your area that speaks that language...etc...the list goes on and on. Hopefully your friends invite you to their parties. If they do, make it an effort to at least meet all the girls at the party. If you see them on FB, add them as a friend, but only AFTER meeting them at the party. If you can number/email close them, that's even better. Whatever you do when out on the prowl, don't act like an AFC. Best, J-Dub |
