I messaged this girl on a dating site who said she is looking for long term in her profile and I am looking for a casual relationship. I sent her something playful and she kind of disqualified me a bit but I can tell she is still interested, it is just as she says she has been played around before:

How do I turn this around without being too much of an AFC or over doing it with the PUA stuff, maybe something playful banter, what do you think?

Your still in there man! Its ok to go a little AFC to build comfort. Try some comfort Attraction stuff. Im not very experienced with Dating sites but when ever i get this online i try to change the frame.

You- Same i understand. I dont tent to rush into things, But (Here come the fame change) I dont want to just hold off on a good thing, i often get a vibe when something’s right.

Just a little bit you can try, dont use work for word but you get what i mean :)

I think it maybe possible to handle it directly. If the OPs profile says he is looking for something casual he's going to have a hard time twisting around. Solution: don't try. I would be tempted to throw her a comment that past long term relationships developed when the OP was originally only there for a casual thing. Imply it can go both ways from a casual start.
