In my defence I was also sorting out lots of things on my PC , watched a few Twilight Zone vids on Youtube and took 2 calls during this. Ok my take on this. we mailled each other very briefly before arranging this chat so only knew very basic details about each other. I tried to establish some sort of sexual vibe in there. Tried to find out what makes her relax, what makes her feel good, tried to find out about relationships. Seems like she is a bit messed up. On one hand she is implying she wants a "soul mate" on the other she says no relationship or person is perfect. Possibly a language problem. I threw in a bit of Bishop's poem as she said she liked romance. She took the bait a bit and wanted more. I was aware that I would probably do better offline so tried to steer it to meeting in real life. Her "Ok we will see" comment is not promising.I think I should have ejected half way through and arranged to chat again. I think language patterning and innuendo do not work if the other person's language is not so great. I think they just do not understand the subtlety. Next steps. I will mail her a short poem, suggest meeting again in real life so we can talk face to face. Ok comments, opinions, advice, critique would be appreciated |

This seems like one of those girls that just won't meetup in real-life. There are tons of these people who just go online, even on dating sites, and want to chat. But whenever it comes time for a meetup they freeze up and just don't do it. If you want to pursue this girl it's going to take alot of time and effort, assuming she keeps talking to you. |

I accept it and think that she may have changed her mind. I asked her if she had changed her mind about meeting in real life...she said NO. What was the point? Are some girls messed up in the head? That's a bit unfair as for some women just using a dating site online is a big step, a big decision. Some cannot follow through and are genuinely apprehensive or scared. I think it's hard to work out the genuine scared but really do want to meet types and the time wasting cyber junkies.If you want to pursue this girl it's going to take alot of time and effort, assuming she keeps talking to you. Yes that woman I chatted to does seem like hard work. I think I may start to restrict my efforts with women a lot more. Work out likely effort and likely result. I don't think the likely result is worth it. I've done a short email to her but if that brings no good response then I'll abandon it |
