MySpace - Classic. I can view the vast majority of girls' profiles right off the bat, and customize my own to better convey DHV. Those two points are huge, and all but missing from Facebook. Call me superficial and weird, but all the graphics give it a certain charm, too. Facebook - Overrated, convoluted, clunky mess. It's the reverse of MySpace in that people seem to take their real life relationships and regress permanently to online (instead of using it as a supplement to a healthy relationship). Facebook seems to go out of its way to discourage stranger meeting stranger. I just don't feel like I can use it for meeting girls as easily as with MySpace. What is your opinion of these rivals? |

I kind of agree on MySpace being a clunky ass mess... BUT! ... if you can DHV your MySpace profile without that whole glittery shit that shows "how much money you have" and about "how many bitches you get" and actually have a sick page, then MySpace ftw! |

for me, facebook- chat to girls you already know, interact with people yu used to know - everyone know what yu are upto - not exactly easy to get to the 'hook point' with randoms to take it to a real life scenario myspace- chat to people from all over the world, you get lots of compliments off randoms, - meet people from close to yu and arrange to meets. i have a near 100% record in meeting girls off myspace to closing. if yu ask a girl on myspace to 'come hang out and watch a dvd' - chances are , yu wil hav sex. i think my fringe helps on myspace though lol! i met a girl off myspace last wednesday, met at 6 o clock, by 9 we had watched 4 episodes of friends, had sex and then she left cuz i had to go out lol anyone wants any advice with myspace techniques, pm me x |

Hi Jude, It would be awesome if you can share some tips there. Perhaps point us to the right resources online to learn the MySpace game. I find that I'm the type who would prefer the scientific approach online and get better and better over time with my interactions. I've done the sarging in bar with friends but I just don't like the type of women there. Personally, I don't smoke nor drink socially. I've just spent the entire weekend immersing myself in the 5 DVD series about Meeting Women Online by David DeAngelo. I know the material may be a little dated but I think it is a good start. So you will be my life saver if you could share some stuff about MySpace game. Cheers mate. |

That pretty much says it all !MySpace - Overrated, convoluted, clunky mess. It's the reverse of FaceBook in that people seem to take their real life relationships and regress permanently to online (instead of using it as a supplement to a healthy relationship). MySpace seems to go out of its way to discourage stranger meeting stranger. I just don't feel like I can use it for meeting girls as easily as with FaceBook. Fix'd. Cheers Jez |

I prefer Facebook over Myspace. Lots more people over here (in the UK) are on there than Myspace. Also whenever I've messaged girls on myspace they've been really bitchy. The girls on myspace have always just been the type of girl I hate. So yeah, I prefer Facebook. I get a lot of random adds on facebook too from friends of friends, and if you add the ones that are friends with your close friends then they're normally fine with talking to you anyway. |

new girls *outside your friends list* will more than likely add you on myspace, on facebook, the people dont usually add people they dont know, its more of a "i know these people " type thing. |

That's my main problem. Facebook is taking who you know to the online world... when it comes to pick-up, why not just pick them up in the real world instead of bothering with online? I don't get how pick-up on Facebook is even practical.

I haven't read the whole thread, I'm just quickly replying to the last post. You can just add friends of friends. You quickly start venturing into groups of ppl you have never met in real-life. Then it's just like myspace in that respect and you can run game without worrying about it circulating back into your social circle. simple. |

I have met and dated a million women on MySpace. Over the course of the last three years I've gotten really really good at this. Okay, not a million, but a metric shit-ton of women from all walks of life. The trick is a couple of things. Get them comfortable, and feeling like they've known you longer than they have. and then get them offline - fast. Get 'em on the phone, and meet them. There's 10 good reasons for this, not the least of which is finding out what the goods really look like. I've actually developed, written and sell a 60-plus page manual on this very thing - getting women on myspace. The Facebook seems more like long lost friends, married couples, old classmates, etc. I think it's clunky. Chicks seem to play a little fast and loose on myspace, like they do at halloween - it's okay to be slutty. Get HER talking about sex to you. Then you win. You talk about sex to her first - she'll block you. JD |

I didn't even realise anyone used myspace anymore though... Well certainly not in the UK anyway. So it's Facebook all the way. Especially now they have loosened up the privacies!! T |
