Cut "Lets begin." Start strong, end strong. This is not a strong beginning phrase - it has no meaning or content. It's just wimpy filler space.Everything after that seems pretty legit. You show that you've got standards. I guess the only other thing, and I'd look for a second or fifth opinion on this, is that it only shows a little personality. I'd try to expand on that - show them how rad you are.
