Hey guys, this is the current profile I have for match.com. I am disabled to an extent and wanted to let women know that up front because I've learned that by hiding it I may get a million more responses but can never meet the girls so here is what I have: Headline: "Searching for my rose in this crown of thorns" Confident, openminded, intelligent, cultured, laidback, unpredictable, immature and a total clown sometimes lol, and very down to earth; some ways to describe myself. I'm looking for something real at this point. I'm not going to conceal the fact that I'm currently unable to walk without assistance due to a spinal cord injury(sci) I suffered in a severe car accident a couple years ago. I am partially paralyzed from about the waist down but I am probably the most resolutely determined man you will ever meet, and fully intend to regain my ability to walk on my own. If that issue dissuades you from getting to know me, then I'm glad that you didn't respond. I'm goin' all the way to the top...who's coming with me? OK Mate here is my suggestion and I've wrote one similar for me and it has really made a difference: He is a few ideas for headings as the attention grabbed is often more important than the profile itself:- Heading 1: Invest in my future for unimaginable reward Heading 2: Looking for Love: Against All Odds Heading 3: Being around me is more than just interesting Heading 4: Looking for that certain something extra Heading 5: Out of 100’s of guys on here, you found him OK Your Profile I think should read as this: Are you looking for a guy who is someone who is confident, intelligent yet down to earth? Who’s cultured but still laid back and a little unpredictable. Do you like your man to wine and dine you and treat you right and make you feel special Does your man enjoy life to the full even when it may have dealt some hard blows? Yet always remains happy and focussed even in the dips and still come out laughing Will your ideal man be clown and funny and will make you laugh or bring you up when your feeling down, yet can be your rock. Will he have determination, drive, and dreams and be a true romantic? The fellow you’re looking to love is he always going to stay loyal, affectionate, tactile, and attentive and remain a 'one women man' even after the honeymoon period is long past.
