Personally I dislike being so direct with the opener, as it doesn't give you as much room to maneuver. If you hadn't been so direct, you would be able to accuse her of trying to flirt with you for bringing it up. And no, I don't think you have any comfort yet being only 2 messages in.

She's still replying thought which I always take as an IOI. You might drop another neg which I think would be very risky. Perhaps you can reframe and get her to qualify herself? If she does reply and qualifies herself I would start trying to build comfort.

My ideas..

Back off a bit and go more indirect..
"It must be hard to get to know people when everyone flirts with you. So lets get real (and ask a qualifying question)"

or

Keep going direct...
"Yes, I'm flirting with you, but that doesn't mean I'm sold yet. What I want to know is.... (and ask a qualifying question)"

I don't really do the internet thing but I will say that it's the internet she has 100's of guys sending her the same sort of bullshit you should never ever do a direct opener online unless you yourself are gorgeous as well. Ask Jsmooth for some tips he is the internet dating GURU of the world.

I agree with Charlie, and like his response. Even if you aren't really interested anymore it's still worth trying and you don't really lose anything by doing so. Push the interaction and if nothing else view it as a learning opportunity.

Alright well she responded and I figured out why she had such a huge bitch shield. Apparently her cousin knows me and he told her I was a player and was just going to use her for sex etc..partied alot etc. Hopefully I cleared some things up and we'll see what goes on I think she might warm up to me yet.
