This is for online and text I suppose, but I'll shove it here. Should you match theres? Or use proper English (like on here)? Or do the half-and-half (less punctuation, less capitals, no txt tlk)? |

For texting I don't really see a need for this. Mostly because by the time you have her # she likes you. However, with Online I see a huge need for it. I can understand most of the population knows what "LOL, OMG, etc." means and that's cool to use. Still it's a good sign to use proper grammer and spelling for Online.Should you match theres? Or use proper English (like on here)? Or do the half-and-half (less punctuation, less capitals, no txt tlk)? I know many girls that I've met online who didn't email guys because they had so many mistakes in their profiles. OR when talking to them, they believed they were ignorant, because of the way they mispelled so many things. Don't worry so much about punctuation during Instant Messenging, but do worry about it when writing a profile or email. |

If I have time I will do all the grammar crap. If I don't or just want to respond quickly I won't. |

dont overdo it either way. and i would avoid overuse of omgs and such. dont overuse the myspace/AIM talk because it seems girly. Capitolization can show interest but it also shows good grammar. You don't want your messages to be works of art when hers are shit. length is important, dont make ur shit too lenghthy. And use punctuation and capitolization for mood |
