So i wasn't very confident about the whole titanic opener, so i gave it a shot: read from bottom to top: --------- From: HB8 Date: Nov 24, 2008 11:34 PM i dont think you will get through me as easy as you think. im usually harder to read than you would think. perhaps, you think what i want you to think about me we'll see how good you are. aimscreenname ----------------- Original Message ----------------- From: BlackVenom Date: Nov 24, 2008 11:31 PM well i happen to be great at reading people ----------------- Original Message ----------------- From: HB8 Date: Nov 24, 2008 11:26 PM Interesting. Nice way to begin a conversation... not a typical way to start it...but i like different. i am independent. how'd you figure? ----------------- Original Message ----------------- From: BlackVenom Date: Nov 24, 2008 11:23 PM good conversations can begin with anything, as long as you're able to continue it... you seem a bit fiesty... i like that. i bet you are very independent, arent you? ----------------- Original Message ----------------- From: HB8 Date: Nov 24, 2008 11:14 PM you might have. good conversations DO NOT begin with insults. ----------------- Original Message ----------------- From: BlackVenom Date: Nov 24, 2008 11:10 PM i guess i've also mistaken you for someone who might offer good conversation ----------------- Original Message ----------------- From: HB8 Date: Nov 24, 2008 10:59 PM Pardon me, but you've obviously mistaken me for someone who gives a damn ----------------- Original Message ----------------- From: BlackVenom Date: Nov 24, 2008 8:56 PM you look familiar... were you by any chance on the titanic?? I swear I saw you cleaning tables after I ate. ====End of messaging==== We continued to talk on AIM, I ended the convo on my terms. This is going to be a tough close... she doesnt seem very outgoing or flirtacious. Any advice on these types of girls? |

First off, GREAT JOB. Not being confident... PFFT. U raped that opener apart. Great job. And second. When you got on aim (I don't know what your conversation was), but mine woulda been short and sweet: me-hey. just checking up on you her - haha ok (w/e she says idc) me- ok but i really have to be going. good night (sign off) And for girls like that, either she has her BS up or she really is not flirtatious and outgoing |

Okay so I had to post an update... We had a second AIM convo today for about an hour (I think it may have been too long but whatever). I had her laughing and complimenting me the whole time, controlling the frame. This girl likes music, writes her own music, plays video games, and loves cars!! My heart sank each time I heard about those things... I'm totally into her now, haha. So I went for the number close.... and .... FAIL. haha, but I didn't break my frame, i just said I respect that, and ended the conversation. I wasn't feeling it either, like I knew she was into me, I just didn't think she was the type to give her number out. I'm gonna perform what I'm gonna dub as a "number freeze out" and not reduce myself to asking for it again, ugh, totally afc. |
