My question is on the "About Me" section of facebook profiles. Obviously you want to DHV as much as possible throughout your entire facebook page (pictures, interests, quotes etc), but it seems that in this part you can really showcase your personality more than the others. I was just wondering if there are any specific guidelines or rules for creating a successful/attractive/DHV'ing monologue on yourself. I used to have one that was fairly long and super cocky, but lately I've started thinking that less is more as far as length goes because it creates an air of mystery. For sarging I usually use facebook for girls I've already met and number closed, so they already know me somewhat. How does this one sound: "I can safely say I'm unlike anyone you've ever met before. I'm quite a ride, so hit me up sometime and experience me firsthand. However, there is a long line and a height limit." Be as critical as possible. If you think it's absolutely awful then feel free to tell me, it won't hurt my feelings. |

No, that's cocky but not really funny. C&F go together, and one alone doesn't help much. Something like, "I am the evil, better looking twin, of your dream guy" is C&F, but kinda lame... On my profile I just put my name, with a period. "Jon Dawson." (not my name, btw), and it works. Because everyone who I know, and all the party circles I am in know me as that name. And I am a legend, of sorts. So that works really well. But fuck around and find something slightly cocky and rather funny. |

Ah thats the problem, I've been having a bit of creativity issues/writers block and can't come up with anything decent. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

I've been scouting other profiles and brainstorming a bit, and I've found one that's pretty good: "I'm so chill you'll have to talk to me." I would use it except then it would seem really obvious that I stole it from one of my good friends, but I figure that someone else out there could use it. Currently mine is a quote I actually found on this forum: "They say when you die, your whole life flashes before your eyes. Better make it something worth watching." What do you guys think? |

Although i don't really use facebook to meet people, what i have in my about me is this: Code: The second best thing to come out of the municipality known as Shepparton (the first of course being SPC Baked Beans and Spaghetti). Has been know to have a few drinks and is fond of pub crawls, even though he has no memory of the last couple that have been attended. You will generally find him hanging out at the local drinking holes or wherever there is a current game of footy.
In music favourites i haveCode:
Has been known to listen to almost anything. For every cool song he has on his cd, there is bound to be a very bad country or old 80's song that always ruins the mood.
Tells a little about me and in a funny way. Just make it kind of relate to you and tell it in a outlandish way.
