- We're both stationed at the same base.

- Randomly added her on FB.

Damn that's a long conversation. This is textbook example of what some call "comfort quicksand". I think you got friendzoned early on, because she thinks you're a nice guy that's nice to talk to. If you're a high value man, you have shit to do, and you need to propose a date WAY earlier in the conversation.
