It means she likes your game,style,look ect but you are going too fast. More specifically "not out of the race yet, cool your guns let's talk a little bit first" aka the Slut Shield. I got "message" a lot from girls that are younger when I was younger too, they think they are being funny or something.
Here is a good example, ever have that girl you KNOW is super into you? she responds to ANYTHING YOU SAY. Even if it's just a simple, "Lol k" text back to her she will respond something like "C:" or "lol" when there is absolutely no point in saying something back. This is the equivalent of "message".
What you should do, an average man would ask a question to get the conversation going again, DONT. That whole "so what do you do for fun" right then and there just amplifies the awkwardness of the situation. Any time a girl says something that is awkward or you dont want to answer just simply say "Lol" and switch it back to her with attraction.
"Lol. I swear if your bedroom is a mess I wont ever talk to you again"
Something like that. You are probably gonna get a "lol what" or "??" <-- probably this if you replied quick but since it took you so long you might not get a reply (attraction window closes fast with these attention seekers). Then I DHV and this is how I DHV "I am not kidding every girl I ever met has a dirty bedroom! I once stepped on a lego in a girls bedroom! A LEGO, that probably wasn't cleaned since Elementary school!". I like long stories, it looks more credible instead of the "My ex girlfriend's nose wiggled just like that" okay good for her? In fact you probably believed that story of the Lego. When in fact it's 100% just made up for this post but I have used something similar with dirty cars and it works to great sucess.
