First off, good job on that first interaction. You really had her in the ideal spot: the mood is escalating quickly and she's basically admitting that she's cool with having sex with you.
My advice: keep pushing!! I strongly believe you could have had sex with this girl that night or in the follow days.
Here is how:
You need to ask yourself, "what do I want?" Usually there are two answers: 1. You want to sleep with her right away & 2. You are willing to go on a date with her first. Note, you can try to go for 1 before settling for 2.
Case 1: You need to keep escalating the sexual frame. She basically agreed to have "make-up sex" with you, take that fantasy further until she's willing to come over. For instance, she just said she's nice only 40% of the time. Say some thing like "So you're basically telling me you're naughty right now  " - Gage reaction -
She keeps playing along, push further. I would say "Really? haha. Send a selfie on (snapchat/SPAM) " Escalating into sending each other dirty photos is a great way to skip the date!
Otherwise, invite her over as a half joke "well, if you promise to behave, we can team up for some wine " then get her to come over.
Case 2: If she is not allowing to escalate sexually to the point of coming over, you can set up a date first. I always add girls on Facebook before meeting them. This has a double positive: you get to make sure she is actually hot enough & she gets to see you are a normal guy thus reducing flaking and saving chit chat comfort building. You need to have a really cool Facebook (subject for another post)
This girl was totally warm enough to give away her Facebook, all you have to do is ask. Then, keep playing along: "if you promise to behave yourself, I know a really cool bar you have to check out "
Then set up the date at a venue near your place, you should be able to take her home that same night
