Post subject:  Can't start a conversation after opening

So my profile is got better and all that but my biggest issue is this: building upon a conversation.
My opener works well, "Hey X thought you were cute and wanted to see if there was more to you aside from the X, ha" it's more personal so they don't feel I copy and pasted a message.

HERE'S MY PROBLEM: After the second message I don't know what to say, my responses become weak and they loose interest and don't respond. I have NO idea what happens at this section. This is also my problem in real life. I don't hook them and get them to respond. I really need this part explained. Essentially, after the first few messages they STOP RESPONDING.

I qualify too early I guess but I don't know how to build on a conversation. Know what I mean. The first 1-5 mins are the most important part and this is where I mess up.

One of the mistake you usually run into is that you're mistaken being ignorant for being cocky and funny.

Ignorant - "Is that your way of inviting me to dinner? Let's not rush things ha" (she would roll her eyes and says who the fuck does he think he is. Another thing is that she was being playful, why would you break that frame and reframe it into something too formal and serious)
Cocky & funny - "Sound delicious. Come pick me up at xxx. Don't forget to bring flowers ;)"

Another mistake which I have told you multiple times is yes or no question. You gotta avoid those and use questions that provoke emotional responses.

Yes or no question - "wait are you adventurous?" (her answer will just be yes or no or any alternative of those. Usually will end up with you jumping from topic to topic running out of stuffs to say)
Emotion provoker - "wait how adventurous would you say you are?" (in which you can follow up no matter what her answer is)

Again it's VERY important to anticipate their answers in other to lead and maintain a good flow to a conversation.
