I hate to blow up the forums but I've sent quite a few messages and I've had a lower than expected reply rate. I'll just post my some of my general openers and you can tell me if they're crap or not. I usually tailor them a bit.

When you have a nearly blank profile, it makes it hard to lie about all of our common interests.
So I guess I just have to come out and admit that you have an exquisite look. You also seem to have a certain brightness and well, I just like your smile. I'd like to know more about you though so I'm wondering what you like to do for fun on the weekends?(If I can tell they have a decent sense of humor)
(Start with something custom) you certainly stand out. I get nervous when I send messages to good looking girls because the next reply always seems to be spam. I get something like "burning wild eyes desire drive you crazy for most passion." Then they ask for my credit card... We all know it's a Russian dude in his underwear, and he knows the words but it just needs some tweaking. The bad part is I just want to help them write better spam, but ultimately I just give them my credit card... guess I should work on that. Maybe we can swap spam stories sometime.
I some decent success in the past but for some reason they seemed to stop working. Any advice would be great.
