Guys, I've tried this one, and it works quite well.

Opener: We kindly request you to make some adjustments to your profile. We received some complaints from other members.

Then usually you get a response saying: What? Why?
Not all positive...one girls answered with...WTF...piss off..

But next I just say something like... Other women say you draw all the attention away. You are way too cute. Please upload some less cute pictures ;)

They love it...

Of course it doesn't work all the time...

That opener is too fancy and is transmitting too much Indication of Interest (IOI)... that is why sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

The girl who read this opener from you, knows right from the beginning that you are flirting with her. That is not a good thing for an opener.

Just to point you to the right direction, you should research more about negs as your opener.

Why are you using neg online.....? And you're on a dating site..... she knows you're gonna hit on her regardless which opener you use... so why beating around the bush? But I do agree that the following for the opener makes you seem too excited. Tone it down by teasing her something about her profile and you're good to go.
