Go to those SPAM meetup threads on /soc/ and post your info with a nice picture of you. I've had 3 girls send me a request in the past 4 hours, and it was from a thead that's now making it's way to 404. One of them lives in France, and she literally just told me she'd love to have a cute spanish guy in her bed right now (I'm Spanish). Prior to her, I was talking to this Chinese girl living in Shanghai who was pretty cool.
You'll meet tons of girls who are dtf if you're good looking.
You can also pick and pull and add whatever pretty girls you see post on there, but most of them are attention whores who get 1000s of adds from one post, so few will likely talk to you if you add them.
Also, being 4chan, you'll likely meet tons of girls who are into vidya and stuff (if you're into those things like I am), you'll also be surprised at how many pretty girls you'll meet, pic related:
