What do you think of this POF message?

Hi!

There's an awful lot of BS on sites like this, so I'll just get straight to the point!

I enjoyed reading your profile, and your photos are cute too! You seem like my kind of person, and I feel like we have stuff in common and could have a good laugh together!

What's your story? I'm intrigued and would like to know more about you!


I know it's kind of "generic", but that was pretty much what I was intending! To be perfectly honest, I don't feel like spending hours scribing a loooooong message, if replies are gonna be scarce/short/boring or whatever!

Thoughts?

(1) too generic, it looks obviously canned
(2) you used the word cute which is bad
(3) has nothing to do with her profile

I dont like commenting girls, let them wonder in their head, why isnt he commenting on my looks? Does he like me? I will just say a simple greeting, Hi, or Hey :) not expecting for a return, remember that girls are on the lookout for needy so give them some time. Good mornings and good nights build comfort. Dont have to tell a huge story. Just be kinda playful and honest. Dont rush things. You might seem like your just using online dating sites because you have no life.... Dont limit yourself to that site.

Hi and Hey are terrible openers. Something specific to their profile works best, and usually short.
