If you know who she is IRL, do not be a pussy and message her on OKC! She knows you and this will be seen as a punk move if you're not man enough to approach her face to face. I would instead suggest bumping into her at some random place and then walking up like "Hey, I know you from somewhere! Your name is ????? right?" If she remembers you she will tell you right away that y'all know eachother from XX place. The good news is that if she does not remember you, she can't blow you out because you know her name. This alone will get her curious and cause her to search her memory trying to figure out how you know her. Have a conversation for a few trying to figure it out and then BAM y'all realize it is from xx place! Then game on with normal stuff.
I have done this once very effectively. My line was (said with an inquisitive look on my face) "Hey, I know you! (She smiles) Your name is Missy...Nooo Misty right?!" 3 hours later I was making her my kinda freak!

actualy i was just kiddin around and being sarcastic...my intention for him was to suck and fail and get desperate...cause the desperation is essential to success... for some persons there's no way to step on the path of progress if they are not desperate enough... 
btw your advice is great...I agree...
however even my advice could work...there are plenty of girls that goes for nice guys approach...there are girls outthere that are so ready and desperate they they would go for anything...hehehe...
i find it that there are no 100% cooked and working advices....partiicularly as per wording.... it much depends on person applying it and energy they bring into interaction...on the other hand OP seemed too obsessed with girl and way too afc and stiff to apply your advice...
so it would be more useful do do anything even text her with 100% afc message than do nothing at all...thats why i would love for him to do something -anything -and build on that no mater if she blows him off or whatever happens just to make it a practice to do something, anything, with any girl he likes... that way he could get a momentum a lot of practice and the practice is self correcting and the greatest teacher...guys spent so much time and energy being in love and thinkin of girls and jerking off that if they do 1 single thing for any time they saw a girl and think how cute she is they would be all master seducers...cause that is the power of practice and experience...so a rule of thumb is instead jerking it off on the girl skip the jerk and do something...for every jerking session you skip and do something you get actual exp points and become more seductive...this is RPG game...
