Post subject:  "How tall are you?"
A girl who added me on facebook has seen some of my pictures, and asks how tall I am. I'm only 5 feet 6, about the same height as her, I guess, possibly even a little smaller. How should I answer this question?

Whatever you do, don't answer her question directly, make her work for it.

My suggestion would be to ask how tall she is; then say you are 7 feet tall: as she can see in your pictures, you don't fit under doorways; then say you are generally attracted to woman who are slightly taller (or shorter) than you and that this is a lucky coincidence for her because you are slightly taller (or shorter). I don't know if this would work, perhaps it is too fast, so gauge her reactions. Then again, what have you got to lose right?

I followed your tip :) Now she asks me why I like taller girls, lol. She's 6 cm taller than me (ca 2 inches).

What to answer now? :P

I think it's too honest, it's called 'the game' for a reason. So play with her: say you're *that* superficial, that you like to wear heels to compensate you length, that if you didn't like taller girls you would have a dwarf fetish. It doesn't really matter what, just joke around a little bit and make sure she has fun talking to you.

EDIT: Haha, totally liking the suggestion below me. That will get things moving, dunno in what direction though :D

I agree, I should have written this. She answered with a simple "I see :-)", so I'm afraid she lost interest :-(

She replied, didn't she? That means she hasn't lost interest, maybe she even thought your comment was sweet. Remember that 70% of all conversations end with two people saying "okay" to each other, or some variation thereof. She has "okay'ed" you, so if you want to continue the conversation, you'll have to come up with something new. Simply change the subject to something you know (believe) she'll find interesting.

30 min later she writes a new message before i replied:

- fb friends sounds strange

- Facebook friends :)

- that't the same thing, lol

- Yes. Is it that strange? :)

- Yes :)

- Let's be fb enemies, then :D

Timo was correct on being to honest. Whatever she asks you don't just to the answer straight away, make her work for it and be playful.

You need to take the conversation further now, move it forward onto what you want. Don't just stick with this facebook enemy/friend stuff, she's clearly interested considering she popped up again.
