PUA Forum :: What attractiveness level should I start off with?

I'm new to online dating and I really haven't dated much overall in my life. I set up a profile on POF a couple days ago and I've gotten four I want to meet yous so far. Two of them are scary, and the other two look like HB4's. I haven't gotten to sending any messages yet.

My question is what attractiveness level should I start dating first? I guess I'm thinking I'm not going to do so well on the first few dates, so I might as well start off with the ones I don't care about. And should I start going on a bunch of dates or try pick out women that I like? If I don't find them very attractive should I still practice on them? I feel a bit unethical about doing that.

I don't think so. For one its shitty practice anyway because if you're not attracted to them you won't have the same anxiety and nervousness so you might as well practice on a pillow for all the good it'll do. I'm exaggerating a bit but still. More importantly, there's no shortage of hot girls. Strike out with 1, strike out with 100, there will still be more. Just beware 1-itis, remember that none of them are such unique and beautiful snowflakes that you won't be able to find a new girl who you'll like just as much. If you do insist on practicing then practice on girls you're at least semi-attracted to. Don't ask fatzilla out on a date, that's just torture.

This is a great question. I think it is perfectly ethical to practice on the lower HB's. You don't have a commitment to anyone on an online dating site nor do you owe them anything. Especially if you haven't dated much this is a great opportunity for you because much of the guest work is already taken out. You know she's interested in you and if your not in her, consider it practice for when a HB 8-10 comes along. You don't want to be nervous when this happens(and it will) my man!!

That changes if you have good looks and a good profile, especially if you have good looks. But yes for an average guy the only messages you'll get are "hey" or "hi" from 220lb+ girls. No looks, no personality, no effort. If you want better work on them pics.

I'd say that i'm average as far as looks and get responses from cute girls taht i message. I just never have had a girl that i would consider taking out message me first.

Thanks for the reply's. I guess I don't mind doing some buffalo hunting if they are decent looking. I'm just worried they might get clingy. Are there some things I need to say/do to get some fuck buddies? How are fat girls and mopeds alike? They are fun to ride but you don't want your friends to find out.
