Ok so instead of saying what you suggested, I said this instead.

Haha [HB] not everybody can pull off fluorescent green but it'd be nice to catch up and hang out with someone interesting. I mean, you are interesting right?

No response for a whole day, so I decided to go a different route. I asked a wingman to comment on a photo she had commented on (before I saw her at the mall) of a concert I am planning to attend. Everything the wing said I asked him to say.

These are the comments on the photo:

[HB] bought my tickets the morning they went on sale! this means I'll see you there :)

my response to that would be ......I'm not shy I was just going to wait for an opportunity when you consider your self to be looking good


but I tend to not give a darn what they think so i say anything that's on my mind lol
and usually it works
