first assume interest and attraction , that line is so played out and cheesy it almost is always a pick up. based on this assumption just give them some silly/funny reply like "I dont know, but you look a lot like this girl from my 6th grade class I used to tease but I really had a secret crush on" If they write a reasonable response from there they just confirmed our suspicion of interest.
