I've been using POF for a while but after finding the community recently I have amended my profile and started a different tact.
Just today I had a convo going with a HB8.5 that suddenly stopped when I asked if she wanted to meet. I'll post the messages below, bear in mind they were coming through every 5 minutes or so, pretty quick fire from her, so I thought best to stop fucking around and try for the meet. Didn't work lol:

Though you'll have to wine and dine me if you want to snare me. I'm a lot of work And the username should be an indication, I agree, but I've asked women to guess my name before when asked for it, and I got back '----'. As if that is some way of spelling ------??? So you can never be too careful, a woman's logic is pretty crazy
Words to add? Hmmm. Someone told me an awesome word for underwear the other day: Grinders. I'm starting to use that now. You can have it for free

I don't think its as bad for blokes on here when it comes to filth. I've had a couple asking if I was 'up for a bit of fun'. They tend to call you sweetheart after that message. And there was a Nigerian woman (with one photo that was definately a stock image) who said she wanted to come to meet me, and to email her so we could talk about how she could come to England so we could share our hearts lol. Obviously I didn't email her (or him, as I suspect it was), as I'm not a fan of giving out my credit card info.
Going to have to log off and get back to work soon, but it was cool talking with you. You seem fun, and not weird! Way to go

And thats about it, never got a reply after that, but she was still online. So, where did I go wrong? I'm thinking the last message was too long, and obviously didn't build enough rapport with her. And think I should have gone for the number first, rather than asking to meet.
Anyway, let me know what you think. Still learning so it all helps.
