Post subject:  Strawberries
Hate asking this cause I know its somewhere, but are some things you often say strawberries, skittles, or MMs represent?

i.e. MMs could be a dark side, or passionate, skittles..?, strawberries..? Just looking for something clever and funny or actually what theyre intended to mean lol

And for any of you looking for help with this open here is a convo from last night:

me: What upp.. so quick question, strawberries, skittles, or M'Ms

her: I'd say this is one of the weirder things I've been asked haha. I might actually go with strawberries.... I love fruit. Then skittles, those are great... and M&Ms last since I'm a weirdo and don't like chocolate haha.

me: Haha not the typical answer Id expect but thats interesting, strawberries huh that says a lot about your personality which you didnt really mention on your profile!

Im ___, now lets hear something fun about you other than you go to school (didnt have too much in her profile)

her: I just revealed the fact that I love fruit over candy and don't like chocolate hahaha. Therefore, I feel like it's your turn to say something about yourself instead ;).

P.S. What exactly does that say about my personality? haha

me: Haha Im sorry youre right that tell me sooo much about you! And looks like youre gonna have to wait until tomorrow on what that means because I need to wake up in 6 hours for work which = bedtime... try not to lose too much sleep on it :)

her: Hahaha I think I'll be able to manage to sleep. Go get those 6 hours ;)

I didn't use that opener before so I can't answer you (I'm sure here many people used it), but I will give you a small advice, I know it might sound silly, but it can improve a bit your text game.

You said too directly that you were going to bed, that might sound bit boring. However if you say something like "bla bla you're gonna have to wait because -- I have still to do some things before sleeping and in fact need t wake up in 6 hours for works so I have to leave you for now -- bla bla" it will make you appear bit more interesting because you have to do "something" and then sleep, and not just directly sleep.

This doesn't works always of course, not everyday you will have to do something before sleeping lol but for the first contact is great cause you gave her some more things to talk about with her next day (it acts like a hook, you can even say its something related to work). This can work as well in other situations, for instance going to work (And say you have to prepare something before leaving), etc

Really small tip and too long post, but well, every detail counts.

Good point man, and completely agree... that part of my post was just to help anyone with questions about the opener, I'm just looking for stupid and mysterious ideas about how to describe a damn piece of candy haha

I thought it was

M&Ms=Chocolate= Sweet, Rommance

Skittles=Candy= Fun, Exciting

Strawberries= Fruit= Loving, Passionite

Also Strawberries are shaped like a penis head so there is always that.

The purpose of this opener is to give you a cold read on her personality type, not necessairly so you can make a convo telling her about herself!

IRL this opener is a full blown routine, in online game this opener is just to get a response from the girl. Get off the subject of your questions as soon as possible!!!

The opener you used is very limiting to what you can do with it:

"What upp.. so quick question, strawberries, skittles, or M'Ms". You were lucky and this girl gave you a lot!

Here is what she gave you to work with:
She is a "Weirdo"
"Haha = Fun"
"I might go with strawberries"
"I love fruit"
"Don't like chocolate"

You stuck to a canned reply, and she immediately "Shit Tested" you on it, to which you failed considerably. You have to read their answers. This is the kind of stuff you could have replied with:

"OMG, you don't like chocolate!?! That is weird...What about it don't you like, the soft texture, the gooeyness, the way it looks? :p"

"You seem fun, but girls that don't like M&M's are kinda strange! Do your parents even claim you? LOL"

"You "might" go with strawberries? That's adorable! Ok, if you could only pick one, which would you choose?" :)

Not the best examples, but all of these would illicit some form of response more times than not.

It is all a learning process, stick with it!

So I been having trouble with openers and I've been reading about Strawberries and I decided what the hell pick some random girl off of POF and ask her, so I did and she replied back I was shocked holy hell so i read some more and now I'm actually pickin this chick up as I'm typing this. If I have a question or get stuck I'll just change tabs and bingo back on the game thanks a million guys!!

So this one calls weird for asking the question, responds with skittles cuz she is allergic to strawberries and doesnt like chocolate but keeps asking why i asked. Should i continue ignoring the why part so i dont fall into her shit test? What should i say to transition into something better?

From my experience chicks who dont like chocolate are demanding, so If I were you I'd tease her about how awesome strawberries are and how much it must suck to not be able to taste something so good, avoid the question since it maybe invalid to her personality. Ask her what else she's missing out on due to allergies. Tease her but don't be an ass go cocky funny. She'll pester you til you give her an answer so if shes not smart enough to google it ask her to tell her qbout why's she single or what shes looking for just do ur best to avoid answering her. Or straight up tell her shes sp unique the question is invalid to her response.

yea im keeping her waiting. told her theres a story behind it and i would tell her some day. then neg'd her and called her weird for being a girl that doesnt like chocolate and asked what would i get her for vday, a box of skittles and she laughed. i ended the convo saying i had to leave work and hit the gym but she replied saying she still wants to hear the story. i'm going to use it as leverage on setting up a meet up. probably go for some ice cream or yogurt and sit down and use that as a talking point. what you think?

well i kept the convo going and didnt answer her why question. but her last response was that i still have to tell her and i told her that if she wanted to know, lets meet for some yogurt, but i never got a response back. i guess she got tired of playing cat & mouse

i tried this, no responses. maybe my delivery was off?
i used instead, jolly ranchers, bubble gum, strawberries...
