I thought I'd post an update to this. I was able to get her to meet me for a drink the same day, it took about 12 messages in total. I won't get into too many details, but if you'd like to know the specifics just ask.
The next few replies I sent involved more banter with the same tone as that one I posted. She moved to more serious topics pretty quickly, and I responded with answers that demonstrated value, but still keeping the banter light – lots of jokes, smileys, etc. I dropped my name around message 3 and then my digits around message 7.
I moved things over to text with message 12:

Now, I feel like I should talk about how the actual date went – because, well, it's sort of funny. No, I didn't fclose, because frankly, after meeting her I had no desire. She talked quite a bit about her parole officer (question #3 backfired!), talked about fights she'd been in, about an ex (who may or may not still be in the picture), and had no less than NINE drinks to my two. When she would go to the bathroom she would stop and chat up guys she knew in the bar we were at. Pretty much one of the worst dates I've ever been on. I politely paid for our bill and got the hell out of there, but not before wasting $65 and 2 hours of my life. She also looked NOTHING like her pictures. I suppose thats part of the online game. Now I just need to brush up on my bail game, hahaha.
