Long time lurker, virgin poster. Really appreciate the stuff that I have been reading so far.

Started online dating and progressed successfully from chat to phone in a matter of days. When I gave her a call to ask her if she'd like to go for a coffee and cake I went straight to her voicemail. I subsequently received this text from her.

" Thanks so much for the call, sorry i was doing an online test and before that studying for it! You really seem amazing and sweet and id love to catch up but ive already been asked on a date tomorrow night so i wouldnt feel right to say yes until that has run its course. Thanks so much though and im sorry! "

Have absolutely no idea how to respond whether this is a shit test to see if I pursue or what. Can anybody advise please?

I'd really appreciate the help.

I'd really appreciate the help. id take it as a shit test- but definitely continue to pursue. it could be she really has a date or maybe not; either way shes using it to express HV and that shes wanted. look past it for now and keep knockin.

Say " Didn't know you couldn't talk to other people cause you have a date" Same idea as if she says she has a boyfriend in a club. BUT do not overreach. You do not want to be put in a friend zone, and you do not want to look desperate. Also Its online you should be sending 10 messages a day. So keep looking and if she comes back then good if not you should lay 3 girls before you find out.
