Just checked out your profile dude, it's actually pretty good, and the fact that you're being proactively messaged by a few girls a day reflects that. As for girls not responding, the average response rate is 1 in 3 - sounds like you're doing a fair bit better than that.
First thing I'd do is make your third photo the lead profile pic - it's much better than the one you've got at the moment.
I'd also take out the "I will make you get wet... with my squirt gun!" part - I see what you're getting at, but "squirt gun" also sounds too much like an innuendo
. It's best to avoid any kind of overly sexual comments in your profile or first few messages, just because girls on dating sites are inundated with messages from creeps talking dirty to them right off the bat. I'd up-play the "what I'm looking for" part (though lose the part about looking for a stunningly beautiful girl) - displaying choosiness on your profile is a massive turn-on because it implies you have value. Also, up-play the fact that you want to be a doctor - what girl doesn't get her panties wet over that??
