| Post subject: | Pof profile critique |
This is my first profile so please be as brutally honest as possible! Here goes: I'm a very outgoing person and I attempt to try something new everyday, regardless of how small the experience is - you only live once. I am very confident and I never shy away from adversity. I believe its important to face obstacles and learn from mistakes rather than not try at all. I don't like to use 'being lazy' as an excuse - I believe in taking action and being spontaneous. I think that if something isn't done right away, it will probably never get done and I hate guessing 'what if' under any circumstances. I enjoy laughing and I get a kick out of making others laugh. It's a real plus for me if a woman has a good sense of humour. I'm very passionate about food and I love to cook and pair wines and beers with whatever it is that I'm making. I love trying out new restaurants (gotta love Vancouver) and experiencing different chefs' takes on different dishes. I lead a pretty active lifestyle - I'm part of several different sports teams and I try to work out or do something active and outdoors everyday. I love to travel and learn about different cultures and how they differ from what I grew up around. I've started a couple businesses and I'm hoping that they will be able to free up more of my time this year so that I can travel more frequently - my life goal is to see every country in the world. I find a lot of importance in my time and I'm looking for someone who is ambitious and trying to make the most of their own time. I'm very intrigued when I meet a woman who has a lot to be excited about and a lot she is working towards. It's usually a deal breaker for me when I find women who aren't passionate about anything. Indulging conversations are important to me to build a good relationship with someone who is easy-going and has an open mind towards different and sometimes unusual ideologies. |
