Hello there I´m wondering in which way I can handle an alpha male! I´m new on my work as an intern, and there is a guy who makes constanly jokes of me, and I don´t know how to handle the situation.. Please anyone a reply Thanks |

The way o handle amog i to not get sucked into thier frame. If u give example of how he makes jokes of u it will be easier to judge his dominance levels...hint hint |

An example is: We all get in turns coffee for each other, cause it improves the social of the working group, but you know one guy says like jes can you get coffee, and I said no (not confident enough and in myself thinking fuck off) and he keeps saying it like making fun of me.. |

Just act like you didn't hear him and when he repeats just tell him you're busy.Actually I'd make sure to have my own coffee on hand in a thermos for myself, that way he'll be less inclinded to ask you to get coffee as he sees YOUR needs are met as you already got the coffee, for youreelf. Also, if he asks just tell him "hey man, already got my coffee here, but thanks for being concerned" and smile. btw, Jes, can you get me some coffee? |

That´s a good one thanks.. But the problem is that I´m not that confident and stuff, cause this kind of things happens me al the times, and now it´s time to do something about it.. Does anyone has an Idea how you can be more confident against AMOGS ? |

if u want change in your life then u must prepare to change yourself first. go see a coach for confidence building. in fact u should be thankful people make fun of u because uhave plenty of opportunities to practice countering amog comments |
