Here is a new opener I have been using on HBs, that are out of my 25 mile radius;
Please critique

" You're hot enough for me to expand my dating profile location radius :) are you
trouble?? you look like trouble lol"

It seems pretty good, considering you show intrest and then try and make her qualify her self. On top of that it's short and sweet, are all openers suppose to be short like this?

Thanks relentless; Seems to be working well, a reply rate of about 80% 4 chat sessions and two number close; spent all weekend text/sext with 1st number; set to meet (f-close) this weekend.

you asked, are all openers suppose to be short like this?

I don't know the exact answer, but I would think so. Gives a wider range to answer their reply. I think!

Transitioning all depends on what they say...

I found girls normally say something like "I'm not trouble.. I'm an angel" and then I reply with something like "that's what they all say, it's the quiet, innocent ones you have to watch out for ;)" then follow with a question (staying on your opener too long reduces it's impact). My favourite question to ask early on is "you look like a lot of fun from your profile.. what puts a smile on your face?". This builds rapport and means you can then move onto more boring necessary questions without boring them half to death!

me: hah, ok, well there's a surprising amount of girls who look just adorable on the outside, but are very troublesome when i find out who they really are :/ Just making sure haha. so if your not trouble, then u must be pretty boring xP

crap.. did i insult her? didnt mean to haha, i replied with "well, not many girls can. I can be pretty picky with who i want to get to know =P but don't worry about pleasing me, im just here to make small talk with pretty ladies and try to find out whats fun here in VA"

i wish she said more than one sentence... i want to escalate, but its hard when the reply like that =( any tips?

Don't worry about it man, some girls just can't take a joke... move on to the next girl; if you let yourself worry about every failed opener you'll never progress.

Make it shorter next time,... move on quickly from the opener and don't overdo the negging. Her response to the "trouble" comment was enough, she'll feel the need to prove herself at least a little after that which should get her answering a few question. Not sure how accurate that is but just a little advice for next time :).

I agree, move on but if you want to reopen, just say "ouch" see already giving me trouble :) !
