So i have been talking to this girl over okc ..we have exchanged over 7-8 messages ..and what I say would be okayish comfort level.She is quite late in responding ( but does respond) so I message her that this okc message thingy is very slow ..how about sharing IM contact or number ....to which she replied -"Honestly, I like just messaging. blah blah I'm very busy and never really online to IM ...blah blah I am sorry"
Q1)Is she flaking and not interested? Or is there hope of coming back on this one and actually scoring a date?
Q2)If so, Any pointers to how to build more comfort?

Well, if it were me, I'd not waste any time on her. When this happens to me, I'll exchange a few more messages. Then finally give them me number and a message something like this:

If the time intervals between your message is a huge gap. Fuck her and move on, she`s obviously not interested. And to add to that, you`re constantly waiting for her to reply shows that you have nothing better to do.
